Add a little sparkle to your winter to warm up the cold January blues!

Intro to Flameworking: Hot Glass Winter Workshop! This intro to borosilicate lampworking/flameworking will include a safety and basic torch orientation before transitioning into learning the fundamentals of flameworking.

Students will operate their own torch to create their own glass icicle ornament! Please wear closed toed shoes, pull hair back and cotton clothing to this class. Didymium glasses will be provided to each student.

Visualize art studio is the product of a shared vision among a group of friends who felt the same tug to share their love of glass art with their community. They just recently opened their studio and started teaching but have been creating glass art for over 10 years. The hope is to foster a love of glass in all of those who experience one of these classes and we are so glad they are bringing their class to Able Trade!

Tuition: $40 per time slot, materials included.

Time slots offered for January 25th. Each time can take up to 5 students. Perfect for a family class or friends art night experience!
