Join us at the Brew Lab inside Able Trade for a special Cinco de Mayo experience that goes beyond the pint.

During this hands-on session, we’ll brew a classic Mexican-style lager from start to finish while walking through the fundamentals of the brewing process—perfect for beginners and beer lovers alike.

Then, we shift from brewing to tasting.

Special guest Michael Rose from Schulz Bräu Brewing Company will guide a curated tasting of Mexican-style beers and break down the surprising history behind them—why many of the beers you associate with Mexico actually trace back to German brewing traditions.
